By completing a purchase through the Axiom City RP store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

All payments are processed by Tebex, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

1. Digital Goods Policy

All products sold through this store are digital goods, services, or licenses.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Tebex policy.

Refunds and payment disputes are handled in accordance with Tebex’s terms and conditions.

2. Pre-Purchase Approval Requirements

Certain products require prior staff approval before purchase. These include, but are not limited to:

  • MLO integrations

  • Custom tattoos

  • Custom sprays

  • Organization-related asset packages

Customers must open a support ticket in the official Axiom City RP Discord before purchasing applicable items.

Failure to obtain prior approval may result in delays, modifications, or denial of integration.

3. Virtual Currency & In-Server Purchases

Store currency:

  • Has no real-world monetary value

  • Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency

  • Is non-transferable between accounts or characters unless explicitly stated

Store items:

  • May not be sold, traded, or exchanged for in-game currency

  • Do not provide combat, economic, or progression advantages beyond their intended cosmetic or roleplay function

  • Are subject to server balance guidelines

4. Character Slot Expansions

Additional character slots:

  • Are intended for expanded roleplay experiences

  • Operate independently under standard server progression systems

  • Do not provide financial bonuses, stat boosts, or shared economic advantages

  • May not be used to bypass server limitations or cooldown systems

5. MLO Integration & Custom Asset Services

MLO packages and custom asset services cover development time for:

  • Installation

  • Configuration

  • Conflict resolution

  • Server integration

Purchase of these services does not grant ownership of server property, territorial control, or gameplay advantages.

All integrations are subject to staff approval and server balance requirements.

6. Script Sales (For Server Owners)

Axiom City RP may offer custom-developed scripts for purchase by other FiveM server owners.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Scripts are licensed for use on a single FiveM server

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, or leaking of files is strictly prohibited

  • Purchase grants a usage license only — not ownership of intellectual property

All scripts remain the intellectual property of Axiom City RP unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Violation of licensing terms may result in license termination and revocation of access.

7. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided.

Access remains active through the end of the paid period.

8. Support & Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue with a purchase:

  2. If unresolved, you may contact Tebex Support directly, as they process and manage all payments.

9. EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you may have statutory rights regarding digital purchases. These rights are governed by Tebex’s terms as the Merchant of Record.

Accessing or downloading digital content may waive certain withdrawal rights as permitted by applicable law.
